"...the whole earth danced the cosmic dance of creation " Euripides"
Dance is the expression of the rhythm and harmony of Nature and the Universe. In ancient times, dance was sacred and behind every movement there was a symbolism, nothing was arbitrary. A journey through time, to get to know the feeling of the ancient dance, its feeling, its enthusiasm, its quality, not in a strictly educative way, but more as a research, slowly discovering our own body, but also the deepest aspects of our soul. If we take a careful look at the kinesiological code of our ancient statues, it will reveal a lot about the harmony and the flow of energy in the body, about the correct posture. Inspired by the representations of vases and murals, by statues and reports of ancient writers about the orchestra, reconstructing the technique of the Ruby Ginner method and the kinesiology of Isadora Duncan with a new look, we discover the dance of antiquity, as well as the secrets of harmony, movement and soul.
