Arsinoe Lilly Karadima
Arsinoe Lilly Karadima studied classical ballet R.A.D. at the renowned Maya Sofou schools, where she obtained a Royal Academy of Dancing diploma. She also trained in classical Indian dance Bharata Natyam with Leda Shantala and ancient Greek dance according to the Rubby Ginner- Classical Greek Dance system alongside Andriana Papanikolaou, earning a Diploma in Classical Greek Dance with distinction from the internationally recognized organization ISTD in London. She is a founding member, choreographer, and artistic director of the arts and dance group ATRAPOS and a member of the World Dance Council CID-UNESCO. As a choreographer, playwright, coordinator, and performer in the ATRAPOS arts and dance group, she has presented numerous performances and productions that have garnered awards and excellent reviews from reputable theater critics. Vivian Ioannou
Vivian Ioannou is an actress, writer, director, and graduate of the drama school "Iakovos Kambanellis". She is a distinguished artist recognized by the Ministry of Culture, with a continuous presence in the theater scene since 2004 to the present day, with extensive experience in adult theater education, as well as in theater pedagogy.

Pan Kaperneka
Composer, musician, singer. Founding member of the bands Avaton, Palyrria, Earth, and Sea. He has performed concerts in Europe, China, Japan, and Korea, and has collaborated with Natasha Atlas, Petroloukas Halkias, Tania Tsanaklidou, and Maria Farantouri. He has composed music for ancient dramas (Bacchae, Antigone, Oedipus Tyrannus, Electra). For several years, he has been setting Orphic hymns to music and working with music as therapy.

Anastasios Mantzoukas
Purification and alignment of the mind-body-spirit through every "path" has always been of utmost importance to Anastasios. Through his journey, from a young age, in various arts, he now primarily teaches Yogic Arts (holding a Master Yoga 500 (hrs) diploma from the Yoga Alliance International from the SriMa School of Transformational Yoga by Swami Vidyananad), Tai Chi Chuan (trained at Master Fu Neinbin's school in Yangshuo, China), as well as sound therapies in alternative spaces and schools.
A music lover from a young age, he passionately plays and learns various instruments, with a special fondness for the percussion family, actively engaging in the realm of music and music therapy.

Βασιλική Κουσουνή
Vasiliki started engaging in movement and dance from a young age. Classical ballet was a significant milestone for her as she obtained her diploma as a ballet teacher in the Vaganova system. For many years, she taught while simultaneously being an active member in performances of both classical repertoire and contemporary dance (Graham-Cunningham technique). The art of movement and expression has become a way of life for her as therapy, while in recent years she has been teaching yoga, meditation, and serving as a coordinator for sound and vibration therapy. She participates in ancient Greek ritual events and, as a member of "ATRAPOS" dance & culture group, contributes her soul and body for connection and unity.
Virginia Antoniadou
Virginia Antoniadou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, specializing in classical ballet, with an emphasis on contemporary dance and extensive studies in oriental and flamenco dance. She has attended numerous seminars with renowned dance instructors from Greece and abroad, including at the Alvin Ailey Dance School in Manhattan, New York, as well as seminars on Yoga, Indian Philosophy, and Dance Therapy with Leda Shantala, and Ensemble Physical Theatre & Improvisation seminars with John Britton. With extensive studies in dance theater, dance therapy, and improvisation, she has performed throughout Greece and Germany, and continues to be an active member of the art and ancient dance group "ATRAPOS" to this day.

Katerina Karadima
Katerina Karadima is a dancer, dance teacher, and creative dance coach. She has taught ballet, rhythmic gymnastics, modern jazz, primitive expression, pilates, aqua fitness, as well as other dance styles. She has participated in dance performances for theater and television, as well as in dance theater events and dance shows, including the Torch Relay of 2004 in Crete.
Since 2019, she has been organizing workshops and classes in expressive dance, mainly in outdoor spaces, using an experiential, creative approach to the relationship between nature, movement, and expression. Through these new initiatives, she continues her creative journey, aiming for inner harmony and mental empowerment.

Dioni Gkanatsiou
ttended classes at the National Conservatory of Athens and has been particularly involved in the art of Vocals. She has participated in various artistic events and was a member of a music group (lead vocalist) with performances in Greece and abroad. She studied oriental dance and took classes in classical ballet, physical theater, ancient Greek dance, Latin, Afro fusion, acro dance, jazz, popping, and pole dance. She particularly focused on studying contemporary dance. She has attended numerous seminars by renowned instructors and has participated in various performances and artistic events throughout Greece. She teaches oriental and contemporary dance in collaboration with various schools. She is one of the oldest members of the art and dance group "ATRAPOS." As ancient dance is one of her greatest passions, she never stops exploring and discovering common points with the oriental dance she teaches, sometimes combining them.
